Just a new version of the Ipsec tools package released on 2004-08-02

Fails to compile here -- doesn't pass QA, doesn't go into Portage:

Closing as UPSTREAM since the package has an UPSTREAM compilation bug. If a new version is available which does not have this issue or you have a patch, please reopen this bug or file a new bug. Thanks!
