Bibletime 2.11.0 (the current stable version in the tree) has a bug against Qt 5.11 (current stable and lowest available version), https://github.com/bibletime/bibletime/issues/140, that makes it essentially unusable.

The bug is fixed in 2.11.2, so I propose to stabilise this version and drop 2.11.0 from the tree.

The problem may or may not be obsolete with more recent Qt versions but we really should stabilise 2.11.2 anyway, it's been in the tree for over 2 YEARS.

Removed those dependencies, they were only there for the test suite and we've still got RESTRICT=test in place.
