Hi,

I think we can remove net-misc/adjtimex.
* it's last release was 2010
* HOMEPAGE, SRC_URI are broken
* EAPI2
* open bug #676292

Old != Broken.

The package works fine for it's intended core functionality: viewing/setting the kernel timekeeping parameters.

The new upstream does need to update the ntpdate interaction, but that is not the core function of the package.

I bumped the EAPI and Debian patch series.
