According to the project page [1], the last lead selection took place on 2018-03-21Z (which was over 12 months ago).  According to GLEP 39 [2]:

GNOME lead elections are now in progress; will complete either 2019-05-05 or 2019-05-12, depending if more than one person accepts a nomination.
