In my gnome application menu, logjam doesn't have an icon. It seems to me that it should. I don't know if this is a bug that only I see, of if the ebuild just doesn't install one. I know the Debian Logjam packages have an icon, so there is a logjam icon out there.

what version of logjam? 4.4.0 points to a proper icon.

Assuming that it is the lastest version in the stable branch(since the .desktop file for that version has the wrong filename for the icon), this should fix your problem. 

sed -i s:logjam.png:logjam_pencil.png: /usr/share/applications/logjam.desktop

committed sed icon fix for 4.3.2 ( latest stable ).
