relay-ctrl seems to work fine on ppc. It should be at least ~ppc

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.hmmm
2.edit /usr/portage/net-mail/relay-ctrl
3.add ~ppc to ACCEPT_KEYWORDS
4.emerge relay-ctrl

Actual Results:  
everything is fine :-)

Expected Results:  
the result should be expected without editing .../relay-ctrl.$VERSION

Done in CVS. On the mirrors in a few hours.
