The print button gives a printer-friendly of the current page. If the hardened team feel it would be handy to have links to full and/or full printable versions, they can publish an index like we do with the handbook at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/handbook/index.xml FYI, the print button on the following link works as expected http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/hardened/selinux/selinux-x86-handbook.xml?full=1
