Using mysql-administrator-1.0.12, adding/modifying/deleting users crashes the application. Also, trying to create/select/modify/delete a backup profile crashes the app too. The only message I get is "Segmentation fault". http://lists.mysql.com/gui-tools/1491 I'll close this bug once a new version is out.
mysql-administrator-1.0.13 is out
It doesn't crash in the user administration anymore, but it still crashes in the Backup section...
I just created several backup profiles with different settings and I didn't receive a segfault with mysql-administrator-1.0.13. Are you using any special options for your backup profile?
Just hitting "New project..." in the Backup section OR selecting a profile gives me a segfault.
There is already a bug filed on the backup profile segfault issue. I didn't notice it because it was assigned to our mysql team but they don't maintain mysql-administrator. Further discussion on the backup profile segfault issue will take place in the other bug. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 62505 ***
