Per discussion today in #gentoo-hardened, I'm going to start work on pre-requisites for hardened and selinux profiles for powerpc64. With the advent of OpenPOWER initiatives, the Talos II, Blackbird and Power9 architectures, these could become a useful platform to test and evaluate Gentoo Linux.

ppc32 musl profiles also got enabled in dbd388fa43c3562ba9f17d418f3f11890fa27faa and stage3 file is provided by releng.
