On a freshly built server, qpsmtpd-0.84-r2 fails to start, due to missing directory /run/qpsmtpd.  Suggest adding that to the package, or adding mkdir -p /run/qpsmtpd to the init script.

I'm happy to submit a patch if that's preferred.
