dev-python/python-prctl is marked as Python 2.7 only, but in fact supports Python 3 since, I believe, version 1.6. At least Debian and Arch Linux package it with Python 3 support. My own testing looks good with Python 3.6. On a side note: python-prctl 1.7 is out; a version bump is trivial.
