emerge genkernel want to get genkernel-3.0.2c.tar.bz2
this file is not on the AMD64 2004.2 Universal LiveCD. (Actually there is older genkernel-3.0.2b.tar.bz2 version of this file on the cd.) This makes a networkless installation impossible.
Work around is to download and put it in /usr/portage/distfiles.

Steps to Reproduce:
1..Follow AMD64 installation instructions for stage 3 installation with no network connectivity.
2.emerge genkernel
3.

Actual Results:  
emerge fails and aborts as it tries to get files from a mirror

Expected Results:  
emerge should have used local distfiles but the files is not there

Same story for the files following:
genpatches-2.7-7.43-extras.tar.bz2
genpatches-2.7-7.43-base.tar.bz2
