Filing this for later.

1.730.0 seems to require a bunch of modules that metadata indicates are only available with bioperl 1.6.901 or greater.

Latest in tree is versioned 1.6.9

However, further inspection says 1.6.9's version is entirely incorrect, as its version internally says:

MODULE_VERSION=1.6.901

So I consider this unwise to simply fix until that mistake is amended.

Worse news: It has files that conflict with bioperl, because the file was moved *from* bioperl!

So bumping this *requires* bumping bioperl
