The Taiwanese Gentoo community has setup a local portage tree rsync mirror on www.gentoo.org.tw (aka gentoo.tnc.edu.tw)
It updates from rsync.jp.gentoo.org every 30 minutes. 
the rsync address is: rsync://gentoo.tnc.edu.tw/gentoo-portage.
This will be used as the master rsync mirror in TW.

You've been added into the rotation as rsync2.tw.gentoo.org and rsync.tw.gentoo.org. In the next hour, you should start syncing to rsync1.us.gentoo.org.
