I think that the portage tool is great, but I would like that the post install messages are collected and all shown after the last package install. E.g.
'emerge kde' generates a lot of post install messages for the individual packages,  but as I do not sit and stare at the compilation process I miss almost all of them except the last one. Therefore I would be nice if portage either showed all post install messages collectively after the last package was installed or/and but this message in a file for later reviewing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge a lot of packages
2. miss a lot of post install messages
3. wonder what you missed :)



Expected Results:  
Made a file and/or also shown all the post install messages after the last
package is installed, so that the user has a chance of reviewing the post
install messages.
