We have lots of systems hosted at OSUOSL, but there is no externally usable rsync mirror hosted there. It would be very convenient for users in the Pacific Northwest to have one at OSUOSL.

I'm happy to get one on the west coast, but not necessarily at the OSL.

Please use rsync30.us.gentoo.org; but note we don't currently have a east / west coast DNS split, so you are stuck picking a single one for now.

If we get more automation around mirror or a CDN or something, it will matter less for users which mirror they pick.
