The ebuild for dev-python/docker-py-3.4.0 depends on >=dev-python/docker-pycreds-0.2.3, whereas it should depend on v0.3.0 of docker-pycreds or higher. See the setup.py of docker-py-3.4.0:

This leads to runtime errors, when using docker-compose, for example:
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'docker-pycreds>=0.3.0' distribution was not found and is required by docker
