I'm sorry.  I don't understand the point of this bug.

Where is this output from?
It looks as if you did 'emerge --unmerge libiodbc' then a 'emerge -ac'.
This is you breaking the consistency of the dependency chain with the unsafe --unmerge then trying to depclean.

Yes, you're right. Sorry for noise it is just my fail. Close bug, it's not a bug.
