Description rt_clik 2002-08-15 21:35:27 UTC
In configuring the net-misc/icaclient after downloading the RPM and placing it
in the distfiles directory, I found a couple of problems that should probably be
addressed for greater ease of installation.

1. /opt/ICAClient/.config/Wfica and /opt/ICAClient/.config/Wfcmgr files should
be symlinked or moved to the /etc/X11/app-defaults
(/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults) directory for the application(s) to run at all.

2. /opt/ICAClient/.config/*.DLL and /opt/ICAClient/Np* files must be symlinked
or moved one directory up (/opt/ICAClient) for encryption, SSL, and other
application features to work correctly.

After doing the above two things, the ICAClient works with a Citrix server set
for "all the time" 128-bit encryption. Mileage may vary with other configs.

Thanks.

hi,

very sorry to have forgotten this.. im afraid as i dont use it
i just havent bounced around to looking at it.

any chance you could attach a diff against the ebuild you want
