Description Zac Witte 2004-09-24 15:58:18 UTC
I tried using the portscan feature on the network-admin tool (Listed as Network Tools in the Applications menu) with gnome. I'm not sure what package it's part of.

When I click on the Port Scan tab and put in the IP of a local computer and click "scan" It disappears and I get the error message:

The Application "gnome-nettool" has quit unexpectedly.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Gnome Network tools in gnome 2.8
2. Click Port Scan tab
3. Enter IP address and click scan

your 'emerge info' (always provide this, read the bugreport form!) ?

& crash => get a backtrace with debug info
