Many version back this has been place to define actions and metrics. Since 1.7 its depreciated. If you overwrite file silently, users will lose configuration. 1.7.1 also contain ugly bug, that seems to trigger "no action" instead of "greylist". It seems to be fixed in 1.7.2 according to changelog.

The error says that the init file can not be found. But I checked it and it exists. And the ebuild points to the right direction. Could this be a local issue at your side? I can not reproduce it. Can you please resync your portage tree and see, if the file: /usr/portage/mail-filter/rspamd/files/rspamd.init-r5 exists? If you have a local portage directory make sure you have copied all required files from the original path. Please report back soon
