www-apps/phpwebsite is sorely in need of an update. https://github.com/AppStateESS/phpwebsite is listed as the new repo location according to SourceForge. There are NUMEROUS issues with PHP 7 compatibility concerning the versions in the Gentoo repo. It also bundles numerous PHP libraries. If you no longer wish to maintain it, I suggest removing this package.
