This package does not compile when PHP 7 or greater is selected via eselect.

PHP 5.6 and PHP 7.0 will be EOL at the end of 2018.  Shortly after they will be masked for removal.

Please fix this package so that it can use PHP_TARGETS or drop PHP support.
