Created attachment 517472 [details] sci-geosciences/grass-7.4.0.ebuild this ebuild compiles perfectly with gcc-7.3 here and gives no access violations with opencl r/w to /dev/dri/*
The LIBS/CPPFLAGS hack should not be needed, since upstream-bug #3463 [1] was fixed before 7.4.0 was released (i.e. the fix is included). [1]: https://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/3463
