Created attachment 516032 [details] emerge --info I'm using app-admin/kpcli-3.1 over x11-terms/rxvt-unicode-9.21 (urxvtd+urxvtc). kpcli seems to work all ok except for the clipboard functionality; copy-to-clipboard and erase-clipboard functionalities through xp and xx commands respectively do not seem to have any effect at all. kpcli does not report any error. Furthermore, I have tried kpcli over x11-terms/sakura-3.3.4 resulting in the same problem. A workaround to the problem, consisting on changing the original copy command in the kpcli script by xclip, can be found in: https://github.com/colobas/kpcli-xclip . This requires a patch to the kpcli script and the installation of x11-misc/xclip. Yep, this is a weird one. The clipboard only works within the terminal you're using, say, if you open a new tab in urxvt and paste your clipboard content there, it works correctly, but it doesn't go outside the terminal window, ie urxvt -> firefox. This issue was reported upstream, but closed as NEEDINFO. I'll try to open it again. https://sourceforge.net/p/kpcli/bugs/40/
