Is there a way to do something like this:
1. want to emerge programs A and B
2. portage downloads A
3. portage compiles A and at he same time portage downloads B
4. when compilation of A finishes, portage compiles B
This could speed up system upgrade time a lot when using ISDN or DSL 
connections, where downloading and compiling could take about the same time.
