ghex 2.4 isn't masked with ~ppc, but it compiles and runs fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Buy a Mac
2. Install Gentoo
3. emerge ghex

Actual Results:  
Only ghex 1.2 is masked for ~ppc, resulting in ugly GTK+ 1 verison.

Expected Results:  
ghex 2.4 should be installed, as it is much prettier and works fine on PPC.
