Avogadro2 is at version 1.9.0 upstream (0.9.0 in the tree). It would be great to add it to the tree.

Furthermore, both avogadro and avogadro2 versions currently in the tree do not compile since the change to gcc-6.4.0 and the 17.0 profile, so now Gentoo lacks a working avogadro installation.
