IMHO cyrus-imapd is pretty useless without the admin tools (cyradm and
sieveshell). Maybe I am missing something :-)
This updated ebuild will take care of intalling them.

This should be but in the changelog:

Enabled perl and cyradm in configure if use perl is set. This will install the
cyradm and sieveshell scripts and the perl modules for cyrus imapd.

The ebuild has been added to portage.  Thanks for making the fixes. :)  They
should be available via rsync in about 24 hours.
