Update sys-kernel/linux-firmware to latest 20171009 snapshot.

Please consider updating linux-firmware to the latest version.

This fixes problems with an unstable ath10k firmware, c.f., http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/ath10k/2017-August/010062.html and https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=1728715 .
