Is it OK to stabilise app-i18n/fcitx-libpinyin-0.5.2 and removal older?

No.
I am working on version bumps and cleanups in all Fcitx packages.
There will be one stabilization bug for app-i18n/fcitx-libpinyin-0.5.3 and some other packages.
