Package does not install systemd units - no units spotted upstream.  Arch appears to have units at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/svxlink/

Back ported systemd unit files from upstream git repo and added it to the 15.11-r1 version.

Make sure to test thoroughly as I am not be able to do so atm.
