Some applications like acroread, xmms, azureus, openoffice, etc do not display correctly or behave unexpectidly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch azureus or open-office
2.try to move the window

I'll apply the patch, there are some other 64bit cleanliness fixes in cvs (module interface fixes?), so hopefully 2.5.11 is going to fix all the 64bit problems some people are seeing.
