I lost a lot of emails around that time so I may or may not have received it. This project is dead.
Who is going to take care of this/should the ticket be assigned to? Is there anything worth to be archived, or should the wiki pages be deleted? I assign this ticket to the parent project "hardened" because it seems that it would get lost if it is assigned to the dead rsbac contact.
