According to the timestamps on http://apache.mirrors.tds.net/ant/source/
the 1.9.2 release of ant was released 2013-07-12 or thereabouts.
Currently the latest 1.9.x release is 1.9.9, released 20-Jun-2017, requesting
a version bump. I require it to build lwjgl3 for the sake of making it musl compatible.

Also ant-1.10.1 is available for information's sake.
