--with-ipv6-lookup does not appear to be supported

however adding KDE_NO_IPV6=1
to
/etc/env.d/99kde-env

SOLVED the problem, thus it's dynamic, not a build issue, however if USE=ipv6 is not set then that env variable needs to be set OR konqueror will slow to a crawl on some websites!

The --with-ipv6-lookup has been removed in 3.4 ebuilds.
