As of 1.6.0-r1 it is no longer possible to run "jalv" in the background (with disconnected std FDs). 3a46e861b5b provides an "-i" option to make this possible again. Since it's a trivial, backwardcompatible fix to this regression, I thought it could be backported for the time being.
