Rough Ebuild for the package

Greetings everybody,
I would like to suggest EionRobb's purple-discord package for addition to portage, even though it's still rough around the edges, I think it's a good alternative to the Binary Discord Application for Linux.

I took the time to make a very rough live (git) ebuild, hoping that it would help a bit.
