The freetts license seems to be free (at least is in Debian)

What's your point? You want it added to the MISC-FREE group? The "freetts" license appears to be a loosely reworded BSD-4. I don't think it's similar enough to simply replace it with BSD-4. The "sun-bcla-jsapi" license doesn't look very free to me but IANAL.

Yes, if it's possible to add the "freetts" license to the MISC-FREE group.

@Licenses team: The freetts license uses similar wording as the MIT/X11/Expat license, so IMHO it could be added to the MISC-FREE license group.
