I would like you to consider adding this ebuild. A possible category would be net-mail/isync isync is a fast, flexible and reliable imap to maildir syncronizer http://isync.sourceforge.net/ only tested on linux x86 but seems stable
Created attachment 38014 [details] ebuild preliminary version This should be close to the final version
Created attachment 38304 [details] Bug ficed ebuild (typo) The previous version had a bug (openssli => openssl)
New ebuilds need to have header as shown at <http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=3>. Also, new packages need to be marked ~arch (unstable) for every architecture you tested on. It becomes stable after certain amount of time (if it fulfills certain conditions). Fix these issues and I will add isync to portage.
Sorry for not following the specifications for writting ebuilds. I think you will find this version satisfactory. Removed db dependency (bogus) ssl with version number arch ~x86 Regarding masking, please consider that I and others have used this program to migrate more than 1 million email accounts from IMAP (proprietary/closed source server) to maildir in an NFS partition with no errors regarding isync. This is a very usefull program, yet not very well known, thank you for adding it to portage.

Committed to CVS, with a minor change: the license is GPL-2, not GPL2, it has to match the file name in $PORTDIR/licenses/ Thanks for the ebuild!
Thank you for your patience
