Starting udev on a freshly built sparc (T5120) fails:

 * Starting udev ...
failed to parse kernel command line, ignoring: Invalid argumentEerror initializing netlink socketEcould not listen on fds: Invalid argumentE * start-stop-daemon: failed to start `/lib/systemd/systemd-udevd'

Switching binutils to 2.26.1 and rebuilding udev with that fixes it.

2.26.1 is now stable on sparc.
