Installing speexdsp with USE="abi_x86_32" fixes it here, so presumably it is only missing a proper multilib use dependency on media-libs/speexdsp.

I guess the same applies to media-libs/libogg, but haven't tested it (libogg is installed with abi_x86_32 here).

Thanks, fixed in git. If I understand correctly, libogg doesn't require the USE dependency because it's only used by a couple of binaries.
