dev-lisp/sbcl-1.3.12 won't emerge on armv7 systems because the entry in the Manifest file doesn't match the reported size.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get a Gentoo armv7 system or equivalent
2. cd /usr/portage/dev-lisp/sbcl
3. ebuild sbcl-1.3.12 unpack
4. check Manifest entry for sbcl-1.3.12 for armv7
5. compare it to the size listed on the distfile mirrors (or equivalent elsewhere)
Actual Results:  
 !!! Fetched file: sbcl-1.3.12-armhf-linux-binary.tar.bz2 VERIFY FAILED!
 !!! Reason: Filesize does not match recorded size
 !!! Got:      9193847
 !!! Expected: 917504

Expected Results:  
It should have at least unpacked.
