cups-filters-1.13.3 fails to compile due to errors

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge cups-filters
2.fails to complete compilation
3.


Expected Results:  
compiling the rest of the system files

Try rebuilding app-text/qpdf.

On reflection I sent this off late at night,perusing the results of the build log
Noted the ref's to cxx++ and this triggered off memory regarding the upgrade of gcc and the necessity of rebuilding packages<<< you know the rest of the story.
If you are a controller you have my permission to can this one HIHI
