I can compile it successfully here. the patch is not missing. in the ebuild the patch level is still -r2 , this is strange your ebuild seems to have -r3 has patch level. I just did my emerge sync,maybe you could try to refresh your portage tree ?
Please resync, and you should pick up a fixed version of the ebuild. Best regards, Stu
Found that -r3 must have been unmasked for a short while. I re-synced and -r2 was the latest and greatest available.
