it'd better to open issue in my overlay, but okay. honestly, i don't understand why you want to install chromium from my overlay if you don't switch flags which that ebuild was made for. from now chromium from my overlay isn't available for amd64, only for ~.
moreover it was never tested for x86_32
or try that combination of use flags [ebuild R ] www-client/chromium-55.0.2883.103::pg_overlay USE="cups custom-cflags (gn) gtk3 (pic) proprietary-codecs pulseaudio suid tcmalloc ungoogled vaapi -debian -gnome -gnome-keyring -hangouts -inox -iridium -kerberos (-neon) (-selinux) -system-ffmpeg {-test} -widevine" L10N="ru -am -ar -bg -bn -ca -cs -da -de -el -en-GB -es -es-419 -et -fa -fi -fil -fr -gu -he -hi -hr -hu -id -it -ja -kn -ko -lt -lv -ml -mr -ms -nb -nl -pl -pt-BR -pt-PT -ro -sk -sl -sr -sv -sw -ta -te -th -tr -uk -vi -zh-CN -zh-TW"

do you understand that this bug is inappropriate in gentoo's bugzilla?
(In reply to Perfect Gentleman from comment #8) > do you understand that this bug is inappropriate in gentoo's bugzilla? Has it be reported in developer's ste or gentoo's overlay ?
as I wrote earlier it's better to open such bug-reports in overlay as issues.
I am sorry, but could you give reference, because I did not find in overlay bug reports.
And I try to compile not in amd64 (it works fine) but on x86.
(In reply to Yuriy Rusinov from comment #12) > And I try to compile not in amd64 (it works fine) but on x86. as i wrote before, you don't need chromium from my overlay as without extra use flags switched on it is useless and untested.
Problem was in media-video/ffmpeg, if I try to compile with system-ffmpeg flag, then I have to use stable version of ffmpeg, e.g. 2.8.6, 3* version results to this bug.
