I have this in my overlay and would like to get it into the tree as soon as upstream says it's working.

Upstream still lists "nginx/0.8.48+ (alpha support for auto-configuration)"

About ebuild, certbot-nginx should be in the same version as certbot:
# certbot plugins
An unexpected error occurred:
VersionConflict: (certbot 0.9.3 (/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages), Requirement.parse('certbot==0.11.0.dev0'))
Please see the logfile 'certbot.log' for more details.

I think this requirement should be placed in (R)DEPEND.
