dev-util/weblint looks dead:

    $ weblint 
    Can't use 'defined(%hash)' (Maybe you should just omit the defined()?) at /usr/bin/weblint line 846.

It has been superseded by https://metacpan.org/pod/HTML::Lint which provides the homonymous command "weblint". Installed via g-cpan, works OK.

Would you be interested in packaging the replacement for this and maintaining it? If so, you could file a new package bug or Pull Request and maintain it through the Proxy Maintainers project. CC'ing treecleaners in case they want to clear it out anyway.
