Minor update to patch after input from Perfinion.

Alternatively, pc.test could be disabled with a sed similar to how strace-k.test is disabled.

we have a pax-utils.eclass which provides a `pax-mark` helper.  you should probably use that.

that said, do we still support PaX kernels ?  if they're deprecated, maybe we shouldn't bother with this at all.
