The current ebuild points to a gentoo dev directory that no longer exists. Unstable versions have a proper SRC_URI. I found a mirror of a mirror: ftp://chernabog.cc.vt.edu/pub2/gentoo/distfiles/libRocket-1.2.1_p20130110.tar.xz that has the file and the checksum is valid.
This package has no maintainer and is a candidate for tree cleaning. People who need this should think about maintainership or convince someone to maintain it.
Maybe we just should mask warsow along with it...
Probably, because my tries to get a proxy maintainer for it at bug 567392 There is a newer ebuild there (that still needs some minor fixes as I read), but I couldn't try it :/ Pushing it could be another option... even if games team should clarify if they are pretending to still maintain it as it seems the package is really orphan
